You can register as a single follower or leader (simply leave the partner fields empty) or as a couple (please fill in all fields). If you enter your partner’s details, your partner will be registered automatically and does not need to complete a separate registration. If, for any reason, you submit two separate registrations as a couple, please make sure to include your partner's name in the Comments field. Otherwise, your registrations will be treated as single registrations, which may result in one of you being placed on the waiting list.
Please read the level descriptions carefully before booking! Be honest with yourself when choosing a level – dancing for many years does not automatically mean that the highest level is the best fit. Choosing the level that suits you best will often lead to a more enjoyable and rewarding learning experience for everyone.
After registering, you will receive a separate email for each class you selected. This first email simply confirms that we have received your booking request – it is not yet a final confirmation.
You will then receive a second email for each of your selections. This email will confirm your place in a class and/or party (pass) or inform you that you have been placed on the waiting list. This second email will also include all payment details. Please complete the bank transfer within 7 days. Once we have received your payment, no further confirmation email will be sent – if you don’t hear from us, everything is all set.
We will get in touch again with more detailed information shortly before the festival.
To ensure a balanced workshop experience, we allow only a limited number of surplus leaders or followers. As long as the overall balance is maintained and the workshop is not fully booked, tickets for both roles will be available.
If no spots are available for your chosen role, you will be informed after registration that you have been placed on the waiting list. As soon as a spot becomes available again, the waiting list will be processed in order of registration, and we will contact you.
While on the waiting list, you are welcome to find a partner on your own. If you do find a partner later on, please make sure that your partner enters your name in the registration form during their sign-up process.
